Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return/refund policy for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Since we ship internationally, we do not require items to be physically returned. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at tripex903@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos/video of the item received

Once verified, we will process a refund or send a replacement within 5-7 business days.

For "changed my mind" returns, we currently do not accept returns due to international shipping costs — please review product details carefully before ordering.

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at tripex903@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.
